CNC Programmer

Actively looking for Mill CNC Programmer/Machinist who excels in MasterCAM. We aim to foster an environment where intelligent, productive people come to work and where bold, industrious customers can come for precision machining and consistent execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Have experience in programming, including milling 3, 4, 5 axis and setting up.

* 5 axis experience required. Full 5 axis simultaneous experience preferred.

* Should be extremely proficient in MasterCAM software and CAMplete.

* Spindle probe and macro experience preferred.

* Haas, Fanuc, and Heidenhain control experience is a major plus.

* Ability to create set up sheets and order cost-effective tooling requirements.

* Monitor tool life and replace cutting tools as needed.

* Accurately flow down work instructions to CNC set up personnel and machining operators to ensure product conformity during production runs.

* Must be a team player with ability to solve problems as they arise.

* Applicants may be tested for aptitude.

Deburr Specialist

TurboTech Machining is looking for a deburring operator who can remove sharp edges while maintaining part integrity and geometry. The person for the job must be able to deburr subject parts while maintaining part flatness, squareness, and perpendicularity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Works from blue prints and utilizes various deburring tools (jitterbug, pencil grinder, Scotch-Brite abrasive wheels, deburring knives, etc.) to remove burrs from machined parts to meet contour, size, and finish requirements/specifications.

* Verifies starting materials are adequate prior to beginning to work.

* Reviews work instructions to determine deburring processes, dimensional specifications, and other operating requirements.

* Responsible for quality of the finished product.

* Cleans parts and maintains clean environment.

* Understands having a sense of urgency, ability to manage time effectively and multi-task, meets deadlines.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Machine Operator-Production

Previous experience within the high-speed industrial environment. Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in a high-speed production environment:

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be able to operate CNC machines in a production environment.

* Must be able to read vainer calipers, OD micrometer, ID micrometers, depth gages, and related inspection tools and equipment.

* Must have basic knowledge of the cutting tools used in a machine shop.

* Be able to read blueprints, follow work orders and instructions.

* Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.

* Use material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

* Complete assigned sanitation responsibilities and document as required.

Office Manager

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

* Enter in bills.
* Answer and make phone calls to check status of purchase orders.
* Order supplies.
* Help create work orders.
* Scan in documents and label materials.
* Send out statements to each customer.
* Accounts Payable/Receivable.
* Create packing slips and invoices.

* Manage relationship with vendors, service providers ensuring invoices are paid timely.
